2016慢病管理与云医院发展论坛

慢病(NCDs)主要是指以糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、慢性呼吸系统疾病等为代表的慢性非传染性疾病。根据2015年卫生部门数据，我国高血压患病者达到2.6亿人，糖尿病患者1亿多人，还有大量的心脑血管病等患者。慢病的死亡人数占因病死亡人数的86.6%，疾病负担占疾病总负担的70%左右。中国慢病防控和管理面临巨大挑战，同时也隐含重大机遇。

近年来互联网产业发展迅猛，随着智能手机的普及应用，中国移动互联用户数已达6亿，居世界第一。健康医疗产业迎来大数据和互联网的新时代。慢病管理与云医院发展相结合，蕴含巨大潜在商机，也成为医药、医疗、设备和互联网与IT企业共同关注的焦点。

2016年年中，国务院办公厅印发《关于促进和规范健康医疗大数据应用发展的指导意见》，极力推进医疗大数据行业发展。互联网领军企业腾讯和阿里等，领先制药企业如辉瑞、赛诺菲、通化东宝、贵州百灵等企业，已经开始布局慢病管理的跨产业合作。云医院在各重点城市开始示范尝试，拉开了慢病管理与云医院产业化发展的序幕。

Noninfectious chronic diseases(NCDs),mainly include diabete,cardio-cerebrovascular disease(CCVD),cancer,chronic respiratory disease etc.According to the 2015 data of national health sector,China’s hypertension patients have reached 260M;the diabetes patients have exceeded 100M,and a large number of CCVDs patients,etc.The number of deaths caused by NCDs occupied 86.6%of total number of deaths from disease,the expenditures of disease occupied around 70%of the total burden of disease.China NCDs prevention and control management is facing the huge challenges.Meanwhile,it implies great opportunities.

In recent years,the Internet industries develop rapidly.With the popularization and application of smart phones,China’s mobile internet users has reached 600M,ranked No.1 in the world.Health care industry is entering a new era of big data and Internet.NCDs management integrated with cloud hospital bring huge potential business opportunities,which is also deeply focused by medicine,medical,devices and Internet&IT companies.

In the middle of 2016,State Council released‘Guidance on Promoting and Standardizing Health&Medical Application and Development’to pushing forwards development of medical big data industry.The pioneers have started cross-industry cooperations in NCDs Management,such as the Internet leaders,Tencent and Alibaba,and top pharmaceutical producers as Pfizer,Sanofi,Tonghua Dongbao,Guizhou Bailing,etc.Cloud hospital has been started trial operation in several cities within a prelude of the NCDs and cloud hospital commercialization.
