The weather in Guangzhou City in Sep. is pleasant. 2019 The Third China Veins Conference (VC2019) sponsored by Chinese Veins Interventional Alliance，Guangdong Medical Education Association, hosted by Guangzhou Women and Children`s Medical Center, Nanjing First Hospital, People’s Hospital of Hunan Province, the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University, Chinese Society of Pediatric Interventional Oncology (CSPIO), Chinese Society of Gynaecology & Obstetrics& Pediatric Interventional Radiology (CSGOPIR) and Gynaecology & Obstetrics& Pediatric Branch of Chinese College of Interventionalists, Interventional  branch of  Guangdong Medical Education Association，Beijing Huayi Hengzhi Culture & Communication Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Aisha Information Technology Co., Ltd.and co-organized by Interventional Branch of Chinese Society of Radiology, Peripheral Vascular Interventional Branch of Chinese College of Interventionalists, Interventional Branch of Chinese Research Hospital Association, Editorial Department of China Interventional Radiology Electronic Journal and Editorial Department of Journal of Interventional Radiology will be held in Guangzhou during Sep. 16 to Sep. 21 of 2019.

静脉疾病具有发病人群广、发病率高的特点，随着介入技术及器材的发展和进步，介入治疗成为了治疗静脉疾病最重要手段之一。本次大会是中国静脉大会创立后的第三届会议，旨在打造中国顶级规模和权威的静脉疾病诊疗学术平台，更好地推动国内静脉疾病诊疗水平的提升，造福更广大的人民群众。大会将邀请国内外顶尖介入医学专家就全身静脉从解剖、病理、诊断、治疗等各个方面进行学术交流，通过专题讲座、圆桌会议、病例展示、观点辩论、手把手教学等多种形式针对于常见静脉疾病如静脉血栓栓塞症、门静脉高压、布加综合征等的介入治疗新技术新进展展开研讨。会议同期还将开设肿瘤相关静脉介入会场、介入护理会场及药物治疗等特色专场。

Venous diseases have the features of a wide population and high incidence. With the development and improvement of interventional technology and apparatus, interventional therapy has become one of the most important methods. This is the third China Veins Conference after its establishment, aiming at building a top and authoritative venous disease diagnosis academic platform in China so as to improve the diagnosis and therapy level of venous disease within the nation and bring benefit to more people. The conference will invite top domestic and overseas interventional medical experts to conduct academic communication in regard to anatomy, pathology, diagnosis, treatment and other aspects of systemic veins, and to carry out research and discussion in terms of new technologies and developments of intervention therapy of common venous diseases such as venous thromboembolism, portal hypertension and syndrome in various forms such as special leacture, round-table conference, case show, debating, hand-to-hand, etc. There will be cancer-related venous interventional session, interventional nursing session and drug therapy and other special session during the conference.

会议同期将举办妇科和儿科介入诊断与治疗进展学习班、血管瘤与血管畸形规范化诊疗培训班、儿童埋入式输注系统规范化培训班及儿科介入护理循证与实践学习班，参会代表将获得国家级I类继续教育学分8分。

At the same time, there will be gynecological and pediatric interventional diagnosis and treatment progress study class, hemangioma & vascular anomalies standard diagnosis and treatment training class, children embedded infusion system standard training class and pediatric interventional nursing evidence-based and practice study class, and the participants in the conference will be granted with the national class I continuing education for 8 points.

会议还将举行介入手术录播比赛、知识竞赛、血管瘤病例大赛以及手把手技术培训等活动，以活跃学术气氛。会议将为国内广大介入同仁搭建一个更加开放、包容和锐意创新的学术平台，介入医学的发展与进步需要您的参与。大会会务组诚挚邀请您与我们相聚在金秋的广州，共同谱写介入事业新辉煌。

There will also be interventional operation recording and broadcasting competition, knowledge competition, hemangioma case competition, hands-on technical training and other activities to enliven the academic atmosphere. 注册须知/ Registration Instructions

【会议征文/Content and Requirements of the Essay】

文章题材形式不限，包括论著、病例报告、讲座、评论或综述等。2019年8月30日之前尚未在公开杂志发表。文稿应具有创新性、科学性和实用性，文字流畅，重点突出，有理论或实践的指导意义。投稿需800字左右标准结构式摘要（目的、材料与方法、结果及结论），请采用WORD格式通过电子邮件投稿，投稿邮箱：vcchina2019@126.com.

截稿日期为2019年7月31日。

There is no limit for style or form of the paper, including original articles, case reports, lectures, comments or reviews, etc that haven’t been publically released in magazines before Aug. 30, 2019. The essay shall be creative, scientific, practical, fluent, and focused with guiding significance theoretically or practically. A standard structured abstract about 800 words is required (including purposes, materials and methods, results and conclusions). Please send the paper in WORD document format through e-mail at vcchina2019@126.com. Submission deadline is Jul. 31, 2019.

本次会议将选取部分优秀文稿做会议发言，还将举行介入手术录播比赛：请制作5分钟介入手术录播视频，待组委会审核通过后可参加介入手术录播比赛。

Some outstanding papers will be selected as conference speaking for this conference, and an interventional operation recording and broadcasting competition will be held. Please make an interventional operation recorded broadcast video about five minutes for the competition after being approved by the organizing committee.

被大会录用的优秀文稿或介入手术录播，作者将免缴注册费，并由会务组负责会议期间食宿费用，欢迎广大同道积极投稿。

For the outstanding papers or interventional operation recorded broadcasts admitted in the Conference, the registration fee is free, and the conference team will be responsible for the expenses of the authors and writers for board and lodging. Contributes are welcome.

【会议报名/Registration】

注册：本次大会采用网上注册系统，请提前缴纳会务费。

Registration: this conference adopts online registration system, please pay registration fee in advance.

1.2019年6月30 日前缴纳注册费RMB 800 元/人； 

Registration fee of RMB 800/ person before Jun. 30, 2019;

2.2019年8月31日缴纳注册费RMB 1000  元/人；

Registration fee of RMB 1000/ person before Aug. 31, 2019;

3.2019年9月1日以后及现场注册费RMB1200元/人；

Registration fee of RMB1200/ person after Sep. 1 and on-site;

4.护理、技术人员及研究生凭本人有效证件享受注册费 RMB 500 元/人；

Registration fee of RMB 500/ person for nurse, technician and postgraduate with valid certificate;

5.广州地区注册费  RMB 500 元/人；

Registration fee of RMB 500/ person for people in Guangzhou;

6.提示/ Prompts：

6.1会务组以收到代表汇款视为注册完成，并且会在收到代表汇款的后的5个工作日内给予发送注册确认短信，注册后方可获得酒店住宿优惠价格。

The registration is completed after the conference team receiving the remittance from the representative. The conference team will send registration confirmation text within five working days upon receiving the remittance. The preferential price for hotel accommodation is available after registration.

6.2请您妥善保管注册确认信，持本人身份证和注册确认信于报到当日前往大会报到处现场办理相关手续。

Please properly keep the registration confirmation text, and handle related procedures before the registration desk of the conference with your ID card and registration confirmation text on the day of check-in.

6.3注册费发票可在报到当天领取。

You can get the invoice of the registration fee on the day of check-in.

6.4取消与退款规定：“会前注册代表”（即已交费代表）若取消注册和住宿预定，请发邮件至会务组邮箱vcchina2019@126.com，会务组将按照以下规定在会后办理退款。2019年 9 月 15日前，提出取消注册者，需扣除100元手续费； 9 月 16 日后，不予退款，发票将在会后邮寄给注册者，敬请谅解。

Regulations about cancellation and refund: if a “registered representative before the conference” (representative who has paid) wants to cancel the registration and reserved accommodation, please send e-mail to vcchina2019@126.com, and the conference team will issue refund after the conference in accordance with the following regulation: for the representative who wants to cancel the registration before Sep. 15, 2019, service charge of RMB 100 will be deducted; refund is not available after Sep. 16. The invoice will be sent to the registrant by mail after the conference. Please understand.

【食宿费用/ Accommodation and meals】

1.广州珠江宾馆，390元/间/天；会议统一安排食宿，相关费用回单位报销。

The hotel accommodation and meals will be arranged by the meeting organizer, and get reimbursed on your own later on.

Guangzhou Zhujiang Hotel,  RMB 390/room.

2. 会务组将为注册会议并缴费人员保留会场酒店或附近相近档次酒店住房。

The conference team will reserve the hotel of the conference place or nearby hotel at similar level for the representatives who had registered and paid.

具体安排请见第二轮通知。

【证书及学分】

1.  儿童埋入式输注系统规范化培训，参会代表将获得国家级I类继续教育学分8分；

Standardized training courses for children's embedded infusion system will be granted with the national class I continuing education credits for 8 points；

2.  参会代表凭医学教育一卡通领取其中一项学分，现场授予学分，会后不予补录。

Delegates may obtain credits with medical education card. Credits are granted on site and will not be added after the meeting.
