REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

• FULL registration: Thursday, April 25 – Sunday, April 28

• DAILY registration: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday  
  includes all sessions, exhibit hall and social events for that day

• FAMILY/GUESTS registration: Thursday, April 25 – Saturday, April 27

• Fee includes breakfast, plus social functions. There is a separate fee for morning and afternoon tours

• Family/guests must be included in the attendee’s registration

• Plenary and in-depth sessions are only for meeting attendees

Download the registration form and mail to the address listed below. Please note, completed registration forms must be accompanied by a check* or credit card payment to be processed. Please do not submit your information more than once. A duplicate registration may cause the fee to be billed twice or cause a delayed registration.

Advanced Registration for Special Functions

Please indicate each of the following official functions that you plan on attending, as advanced registration is required for the events listed below. Attendees may participate in these events at no extra cost. Due to seating limitations, it may not be possible to register for the function when you arrive at the meeting.

Please note, these functions are not open to family or guests.

Fellows-in-Training (FIT) Breakfast (Friday) – Open to Fellows-in-Training only
Women’s Leadership Dinner (Friday)
Annual Business Meeting (Saturday) – Open to AACE members only

Dietary/Special Needs Requests

Please include any dietary/special needs requests (e.g., kosher, vegetarian, allergies or other special needs) when you register for the meeting. AACE will make every effort to fulfill your request; however, we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to provide your specific requests.
